Group therapy creates space for healing through connection. Participants explore shared experiences, develop new perspectives, strengthen interpersonal skills, and receive support from others who may understand similar challenges.
There are things a group can offer that individual work cannot. Hearing your own experience described by someone else tends to loosen the belief that you are the only one, and that shift is often what makes the rest of the work possible.
Groups are part of how we want to practice, and we are not running any right now. When one opens, the people who told us what they were looking for will hear first.
Groups may center topics such as anxiety, emotional regulation, identity, relationships, grief, trauma, stress, or personal growth. Members practice being honest in front of others and receiving support without having to earn it.
