Relational therapy helps couples and other partnerships understand the patterns influencing connection, conflict, communication, and emotional safety.
Most couples do not come in because they have run out of love. They come in because the same conversation keeps ending the same way, or because distance crept in and neither person knows when it started.
Sessions focus on strengthening the relationship while making space for each person's experiences and needs. That often means slowing a familiar argument down enough to see what is underneath it, and practicing something different while both people are in the room.
